Two years coordinating time-critical aircraft turnarounds in a safety-focused aviation environment — now applying the same real-time coordination, documentation discipline, and multi-stakeholder communication to administrative and executive support work.
I help busy professionals stay on top of the day-to-day details that keep a business moving — from managing inboxes and calendars to organizing documents, coordinating meetings, and planning travel. My goal is simple: make your workload more organized, predictable, and easier to manage.
Before moving into remote support, I worked in live airline ground operations where accurate communication, fast follow-up, and keeping several time-sensitive activities aligned were part of every shift.
A 6-label triage system applied and built live in Gmail, sorting every message into a next action within minutes of arrival.

A centralized Google Sheets tracker built for fictional executive Alexandra Reyes, connecting inbox actions, calendar commitments, business travel, and follow-ups into one working system.
Google Sheets task tracker — 20 tasks organized by category, priority, status, due date, related project, responsibility, follow-up date, and notes.
| Field | Administrative purpose |
|---|---|
| Task ID | Creates a consistent reference for each action item. |
| Date Received + Due Date | Shows when work entered the queue and when it needs to be completed. |
| Priority + Status | Makes urgency and current progress visible at a glance. |
| Related Project | Connects tasks back to Inbox Management, Calendar Management, or Business Trip work. |
| Responsible | Clarifies whether the task belongs to Alexandra or the VA. |
| Follow-Up Date + Notes | Prevents approvals, confirmations, and pending responses from being forgotten. |
The tracker acts as the control center between the other portfolio projects: inbox messages become actionable tasks, task deadlines inform calendar planning, travel creates coordination tasks, and follow-up dates keep outstanding items visible.
The 15 numbered action items from inbox triage above were converted into tasks and then scheduled into this working weekly calendar — including a resolved scheduling conflict between emails #5 and #15 — plus a business trip block for a live conference.
Live calendar built and screenshotted in Google Calendar — routine work week (Sep 7–11) and business-trip week (Sep 14–16).

| 9:00 AM | Confirm CloudDesk renewal |
| 2:00 PM | Call — R. Alvarez (renewal) |
The CloudDesk renewal only required a brief confirmation reply, not a live call — so it moved to 9:00 AM and was handled by email before client-facing hours began, keeping the 2:00 PM slot fully protected for the client call.
